Rift Device Rework

  • Rift Shards are now shared across all characters via the Profile
  • 5 renamable, reorderable tabs to organize shard sets
  • Legacy per-character rift shards automatically migrated to inventory/stash

New Unique Monster Rift Shard Modifiers

  • Unique Monster Item Rarity/Quantity/Pack Size - boost rewards from unique enemies
  • Unique Monster Action Speed/Crit Chance/Crit Damage/Life - new risk/reward affixes

Skill Balance

Buffs

  • Shadow Barrage: Damage effectiveness 1.5→1.9, cooldown 0.85s→0.80s, darkness conversion 25%→50%
  • Bouncing Orb: Level scaling 1.04→1.045/level, base crit 5%→8%
  • Shatter: Radius and chill chance now scale with level/quality
  • Blood Fury & Shattering Spree: Triggered skills now properly scale with aura level/quality
  • Rupture: Base damage now scales with quality

Nerfs

  • Split Shot: Attack speed slowed 0.8s→1.2s, secondary arrows fixed at 3
  • Chain Support: Extra chains now every 20 levels (was 6)

Combat

  • Unarmed Bonus: 20% More Attack Speed when no weapons equipped

Arena Overhaul

  • Waves now progress by 1 monster level (was 5)
  • Boss waves every 5 levels (was 20)
  • Custom starting level selection based on highest completion (-15 levels max)

Monsters & Loot

  • Unique monsters can now spawn multiple per pack based on pack size bonuses
  • High-zone (100+) loot rarity now scales exponentially with level (5% more per level)
  • Rarer monster chance formula improved (squared scaling)

Quality of Life

  • New Help Tips for Hideout and Skill Screen (pauses game)
  • Rift mods panel hidden while in hideout
  • Map level selection can exceed 100 based on highest completion (citadel or maps)
