Bug Fixes
- Stacking effects do not exceed their limit anymore (Rage, Chronomancer debuff, etc)
General Changes
- Monster damage has been gradually reduced over zones, reducing to approximately 30% of current damage in high zones.
- Neuroblade has some of it's scaling potential capped. (It's still good.)
